Ponce Inlet is an exclusive neighborhood just south of Daytona. The beach is pristine and traffic free making it great for kids, biking, or perhaps a romantic walk. The fifth floor gives a spectacular view of the ocean on one side and the Intracoastal Waterway on the other.
You will love the peace and quiet of this area, but yet it's only a short drive to all Central Florida attractions. Visit the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum and enjoy some of the areas best fishing with nearby charters and party boats. Dine at many waterfront restaurants, one just a short walk down the beach.
This condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a fun-filled vacation. We have private WI-FI in the the unit and a comfy recliner to watch HD TV. All you need to bring is your toothbrush.

Summary: My husband and I have rented condos here for several years. This unit was one of the best we have stayed in. The unit was spotless, provided us with everything we need for our stay and was a perfect location. Morning coffee watching the sunrise on the balcony and long walks on the beach couldn’t be better. We will definitely choose this unit next time we visit.

Summary: Thank you for sharing your condo. It was beyond our expectations and you provide everything one might want including a juice squeezer for orange juice. The view is magnificent with sunrises at the balcony and sunsets at the front door. The master bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of closet and drawer space. Walk in shower was perfect. We will be back!,

Summary: Jim, the host, was super easy to communicate with, and made sure that we had everything we needed when we got there. He warned us of an issue with the garbage disposal, but had already arranged repairs and kept us informed right up until the plumber showed up to fix it. The property is on a quest stretch of beach with a few other condo complexes in the area, but a lot of the surrounding area is either undeveloped or small homes. We'll definitely look for this property again if we stay in the area in the future.
